Matthew Pekarek is a ceramic artist based in Los Angeles, CA and Central Indiana. In addition to an interest in potting/functional ware, Matt enjoys creating work depicting ephemeral, derelict, or endangered aspects of recent society. Though mostly working with clay, he also uses wood, plaster, and metal as mediums.
